Haya and Liberbank Put More than 4,700 Assets on the Market with Discounts of up to 60%

The bank and the servicer have launched a campaign with discounts of up to 60% on 4,717 assets, including buildings, industrial properties, offices, commercial premises and homes.

The financial institution Liberbank and the servicer Haya Real Estate have launched the ‘Singulares’ (Unique assets) campaign, which offers a selection of assets for sale with discounts of up to 60%. The portfolio of 4,717 discounted assets includes buildings, warehouses, offices, commercial premises and homes.

The campaign will run until 31 August and the assets are located all over the country, but mainly in Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura and Cantabria.
