Hard Rock Café has a new location in the heart of Madrid, just a month after closing its historic restaurant in Plaza de Colón. The iconic brand will open at number 11 on Calle Preciados, just a stone’s throw from Puerta del Sol.

The new premises span 215 square metres, spread over two floors, and have historically been home to Creaciones Vívar, one of the last family businesses to shut up shop on the second most expensive shopping street in Spain. There, the average monthly rent reaches 250 euros per square metre, according to the report published regularly by Cushman & Wakefield.
