The Socimi Hadley has reached an agreement to sell its residential portfolio for between 55 and 60 million euros. The transaction, which is subject to some finishing touches, is expected to be executed in January 2021.
The portfolio, which corresponds to 100% of the share capital of its subsidiary Sardes HoldCo, includes 391 homes distributed over nine buildings in Madrid and other areas of Spain.
