The Ministry of Finance has lowered the asking price of the main real estate asset in its portfolio by 11 million euros as it tries to find a buyer for it. The property is located on Calle María de Molina number 50 in Madrid.
On 22 December, the Treasury will make its second attempt to sell the office building, which is located in the heart of the Salamanca district, and which spans more than 45,000 square metres, including around 400 parking spaces. An auction has been convened to this end with a starting price of 185 million euros.
