
On the basis of its provisional results, the property developer controlled by the fund Bain Capital saw its revenues remain stable in 2020 compared to 2019, when it recorded sales of 100 million euros.
Meanwhile, in operational terms, Habitat achieved 1,040 new pre-sales, taking its total accumulated sales to 1,600; both figures represent an increase of 30% compared to the previous year, according to El Confidencial. These new homes, which the property developer will deliver between 2021 and 2023, will generate around 430 million euros. And 69% of the buyers of those new homes have already signed the contract, which means they have already paid 10% of the asking price.
