
The property developer has continued to serve buyers through its virtual points of sale, despite the pandemic crisis that has paralysed the economy. By the end of the year, it plans to deliver six developments, comprising 434 homes in total, in Valencia, Córdoba, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Barcelona, which means generating around 115 million euros in sales.
In 2019, Habitat Inmobiliaria closed the year having delivered 315 homes across the country, whereby generating turnover of 102 million euros, up by 15% compared to the previous year. In addition, the firm launched 2,800 homes in 28 developments onto the market, resulting in a total of 4,000 homes in 44 developments up for sale at the end of last year.
