The property developer Habitat Inmobiliaria has closed the acquisition of a plot of land in Sevilla, in the Triana neighbourhood, for the construction of a new development, which will involve a total investment of around 13 million euros.
The land, which is located between Ronda de los Tejares and Calle Mosquera Figueroa, has a surface area of 1,500 square metres and a buildable area of 5,000 square metres. In total, the promotion will comprise 49 homes.
