Habitat Joins the Online Strategy to Serve its Customers & Offers Videocalls

The property developer Habitat, controlled by the fund Bain Capital, has reinforced its customer service system electronically. In this way, in addition to serving its customers by phone and email (its contact centre and sales offices all remain open, albeit remotely), the property developer has launched a personalised online service via videocall to serve its customers safely and individually.

In addition, Habitat Inmobiliaria has launched a digital campaign aimed at supporting and raising awareness of the importance of not leaving home through the popular hashtag #YoMeQuedoEnCasa. “In this way, the video highlights the importance of staying at home now in order to return to our long-awaited daily routines, as soon as possible”, says the company.
