Habitat Inmobiliaria has purchased a plot of land to build a new development in Málaga, specifically in the sector called Finca El Pato, on the beachfront. This operation will involve a total investment of more than 33 million euros all-in.
The land acquired by the property developer spans a surface area of more than 3,400 square metres and has a buildable surface area of more than 10,000 square metres. In total, the firm plans to develop around 100 homes on the site.
