Habitat Inmobiliaria has begun marketing Habitat La Encina, its second development in Tres Cantos, north of Madrid, as reported by the promoter on Monday.
This new development by Habitat Inmobiliaria, which will involve an investment of around 40 million euros and the generation of 130 jobs, is made up of a total of 92 homes with between two and four bedrooms, distributed over two buildings.
