Habitat Inmobiliaria has purchased land in Entrenúcleos, in Dos Hermanas (Seville), on which it will develop more than 70 homes, the company announced on Friday.
The plot, which has a buildable area of more than 7,800 m2, represented a total investment of more than 12 million euros.
The new site, Habitat Inmobiliaria’s fifth in Entrenúcleos, is very close to the company’s other developments in the area and is also nearby services such as supermarkets and restaurants, the Santa Ángela hospital and the City of Knowledge, a tech park.
It also has very good links to the city, with a nearby train station and an easy fifteen-minute drive to the centre of Seville.
