The developer Habitat Inmobiliaria has bought land in the centre of Madrid. The company paid 13 million euros for a plot of land in Ronda de Segovia, on which it plans to build 36 homes.
The properties will have one and two bedrooms, a rooftop swimming pool, communal garden areas, and a gymnasium.
The plot has a buildable area of over 2,580 square metres, very close to Madrid Río, a 10-minute walk from the Royal Palace and a 20-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. It has access by car to the M-30 and is next to the Puerta de Toledo metro station.
