The property developer Habitat Inmobiliaria has acquired a plot of land for the construction of a new development in Barcelona, specifically in Teià, 21 kilometres from the centre of the Catalan capital. The project will involve a total investment of 27 million euros and will be located very close to the beach in a very well connected area.
The land, which has a surface area of more than 9,200 m2, and a buildable area of almost 9,000 m2, will host a residential project where 80 homes are expected to be developed. Moreover, this project will involve the creation of around 190 jobs.
