Habitat has completed the acquisition of a plot of land for the construction of 42 new homes in Córdoba. This project will involve an investment of more than 8 million euros and will generate around 100 direct and indirect jobs in the Andalucían city.
The new development will be Habitat Inmobiliaria’s third in the municipality, where it already has more than 200 homes spread over two developments. In this way, the acquisition of this new property increases the promoter’s investment in Córdoba to 56 million euros.
