The property developer Habitat Inmobiliaria has acquired 7,500 square metres of land in Sevilla to develop a project comprising 69 homes, involving an investment of more than 31 million euros. The space is located in one of the most iconic areas of the Andalucían capital, in the heart of the Triana neighbourhood, between Ronda de los Tejares and Rafael Belmonte García street.
The construction of the new project will generate around 170 direct and indirect jobs, says the property developer, who is going to convene a tender for prestigious architects to participate in the project. In this vein, the plans include the construction of terraces, gardens, common areas and a swimming pool for full family enjoyment. In addition to the 69 exclusive homes, the complex will have 142 underground parking spaces.
