Habitat Acquires Four Plots of Land in the Canary Islands for €15 Million

These plots of land are close to Habitat Vistamar, an approximately 113-home development.

Habitat Inmobiliaria has acquired four new plots of land in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. It will invest more than 15 million euros to develop around 83 homes.

The developer is doubling down on its commitment to Gran Canaria. It will add around 400 homes in three projects in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and one development in the municipality of Telde, thus generating more than 1,000 jobs.

These four new acquisitions total more than 8,600 m2 of buildable area and are located on the Carretera de Chile, next to one of the company’s developments, Habitat Vistamar, which is due to be delivered next year.
