The H10 hotel chain has sold the H10 Ítaca, in Barcelona, through a long-term sale and leaseback operation to a local family office. The chain has 15 establishments in Barcelona, where this operation has taken place.
H10 will continue to manage the establishment over the long term, according to Expansión. H10, the hotel chain that is controlled (60%) by the Espelt family, owns a portfolio of 60 hotels in 19 tourist destinations, comprising more than 15,000 rooms.
