This represents the largest hotel sale in Valencia since the pandemic. Funds managed and/or advised by Pictet from its alternative investment division (Pictet Alternativa Advisors) have bought the Expo Hotel Valencia from Grupo Selenta.
The new asset for the funds linked to Pictet is a three-star hotel located on one of the main thoroughfares in the Mediterranean city, Avenida Pío XII, just opposite the Alameda and next to the Turia gardens. It is an area that is very well connected by public transport. The property has 377 rooms divided into different categories, a restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, terrace with panoramic views over the city and more than 1,500 square metres of space for hosting meetings and events.
