Desarrollo Los Astros (Nozar) has awarded the contract to construct the new La Escala building to Grupo San José. The residential development will comprise 104 homes and span more than 20,000 square metres of constructed surface area. It will be situated opposite one of the most active urban developments currently in Madrid: Valdebebas.
The building will comprise 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes (including penthouses) with surface areas of between 109 and 189 square metres. The development will have common areas equipped with a saltwater pool, a padel court, a fully-equipped gym, a playground, a leisure room with a gastroteca, garden areas, a parcel service and a charging area for electric cars. Everything to meet the needs and ensure the enjoyment of its future inhabitants.
