The Colomer family has created a new Socimi. The Pryconsa Group has started the process for its buy-to-rent (BTR) construction subsidiary, Resydenza Rental Properties, to join the Socimi regime, as published this week in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (Borme).
Resydenza is in the initial phase of the process and has not yet determined the volume of its portfolio following the change in business format, according to Eje Prime. At this stage, the stock market on which the company will be listed is unknown.
