Grupo Lobe has acquired a plot of land for public housing spanning approximately 10,500 square metres in Turianova (Valencia) from the property developer owned by the German fund Aquila Capital. This is the first project to be promoted by a third party in this new sector in the Valencian capital. It is located between the Hospital La Fe de València, the V-30 and the V-31.
This major urban development will involve the construction of 2,000 homes on an area spanning 500,000 square metres, in addition to the development of public facilities and a large multi-use centre.
