Grupo Lar wants to get to work before the impending economic slowdown that is looming over the real estate sector starts to take effect. In this sense, the company has announced the launch of six new developments comprising 550 new homes in exchange for a global investment of 90 million euros.
This commitment by Grupo Lar is aimed above all at new build homes for rent, although one of the six developments will be for sale. In addition, the promotions are going to be located away from the complicated markets of Spain’s two major cities (Madrid and Barcelona) and rather in Málaga, Murcia, Valladolid, Granada and San Adriá de Besós (Barcelona).
