The real estate company Grupo Lar, led by the Pereda brothers, has decided to enter the coliving business with a first project outside of Madrid.
That is according to Miguel Ángel Peña, Head of Residential at Grupo Lar, speaking to Capital Radio where he revealed his firm’s interest in entering the coliving, cohousing, and senior living markets. However, details about the first project were sparse, with Peña confirming only that “it will be located outside of Madrid”.
