In 2021, Grupo Lar recorded revenues of 180 million euros, twice as much as in 2020 and 56 million more than in 2019, the last full pre-pandemic year.
The portfolio owned by the management and investment company amounts to 3.7 billion euros split between logistics and retail (1.5 billion euros) and residential (2.2 billion euros). Grupo Lar’s assets span a gross leasable area of 803,905 square meters, with 55.38% of its portfolio located in Spain. Overseas, the firm operates in Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Colombia.
