Grupo Insur closed the last financial year with a consolidated profit after taxes of 15 million euros, up by 25% compared to 2021. At year end, its accumulated pre-sales portfolio amounted to 202.1 million euros. The group’s turnover amounted to 117.9 million euros in 2022, down by 5.9% YoY, mainly due to lower revenues from secondary construction and management activities.
By activity, turnover from property development stood at 82 million euros, down slightly by 1.8% YoY. Revenues from construction and management amounted to 15.1 million euros and 3.3 million euros, down by 33.7% and 8.6%, respectively.
