“An intergenerational complex” is the next project from Grupo Avintia Real Estate. Following the award by Móstoles City Council of a concession for a period of 53 years to the Avintia real estate management platform, the company is going to develop an intergenerational complex, located in Plaza del Sol, in the Malasaña neighbourhood of the town.
The project, which will be carried out through Avintia’s industrialised construction process, will have two independent but complementary components: a nursing home for the elderly and a second building comprising affordable rental homes. The building work will begin during the first quarter of 2023.
