The company Greystar, which is the market leader in the student residence segment in Spain, is strongly backing the build-to-rent sector with three housing projects in the Madrid metropolitan area.
According to sources from the sector speaking to Brainsre.news, the company already owns the land on which it will start building the projects, which are located in Valdebebas, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Rivas-Vaciamadrid and which will comprise 3,000 rental homes in total.
