Any project to bring new build homes onto the market in the Community of Madrid is welcome. Now, Greystar has unveiled Be Casa, a new concept involving hybrid and accessible accommodation that will start as a portfolio of around 2,500 studios and apartments in three highly attractive areas of the Spanish capital: Valdebebas, Rivas-Vaciamadrid and San Sebastián de los Reyes.
During the remainder of this year and throughout 2023, Greystar will deploy three buildings under the Be Casa brand in those three areas of Madrid to offer more than 2,500 fully furnished studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms. Each property will have an equipped kitchen and bathroom, with access to common areas as well as to a wide range of services.
