GreenOak, the Socimi owned by Canadian investors has completed the sale of the office complex on Calle Albarracín 34 in Madrid for 29.8 million euros.
The complex comprises 3 buildings spanning 10,306 m² in total located in the Madbit area of the Spanish capital. The operation was officially closed on 6 April, but details were only published yesterday. The transaction was completed through a subsidiary company of the Socimi, GO Spain Alba, S.L.
