Madrid City Council’s Governing Board has approved the detailed study for three blocks in the area where the former Iveco-Pegaso factory used to be located, in the San Blas-Canillejas district.
The objective is to give a new lease of life to these industrial plots and adapt them to new economic activities. The majority owner of the land is Goodman, who acquired them from the fund GreenOak in August for 37 million euros.
