The US firm Goldman Sachs wants to increase its presence in the Spanish real estate market. The investment bank has drawn up plans to enter two of the sectors that have best withstood the crisis caused by Covid, namely, the logistics and build to rent sectors.
However, they are not the only businesses in which the firm is interested in participating. It is also going to invest in the hotel segment, one of those hit hardest by the health crisis and with no signs of recovery until the summer of 2023. That situation has led to opportunities that large institutional investors want to take advantage of, according to financial sources speaking to El Confidencial.
