GMP Converts €525 Million of its Syndicated Financing into a Green Loan

The Socimi has formalised the conversion of €525 million linked to a syndicated loan signed in 2016 into a green loan.

The Socimi Gmp Property, owned by the Montoro family and the Singapore sovereign fund GIC, has formalised the conversion of €525 million linked to a syndicated loan signed in 2016 into a green loan.

Specifically, Gmp has transformed section A of the syndicated financing with the aim of maximising the sustainability of the real estate company’s office projects.
