The Spanish property group GMP has bought the Mile22@ project from the German manager FREO for 220 million euros, in what represents the largest transaction in the 22@ district this summer.
The sale announcement came at the end of March when FREO shared its intention to sell its macro office complex in Barcelona for 250 million euros. In the end, the operation has been advised by EY on the financial side and by Savills and CBRE on the sales side.
