The manager and developer of logistics spaces GLP acquired around 675,000 square metres of land during 2021 for the development of warehouses spanning approximately 450,000 m2 over the next two years.
Of the projects launched in 2021, Magna Park Tauro stands out. A unique 28.6-hectare plot in Illescas (Toledo), it will involve the construction of more than 185,000 square metres of storage space, very close to Madrid. GLP is also continuing with its commitment to Cataluña, where it has launched its second investment in the area, G-Park Santa Perpetua, which will span 24,500 square metres, in Santa Perpètua de la Mogoda (Barcelona).
