The logistics developer GLP has purchased a new asset in the centre of the Iberian Peninsula, in the logistics hub in the south of Madrid, with its seventh development in the area. GLP’s plan is to build a warehouse spanning around 21,145 square metres on the plot, which itself measures 35,230 square metres.
The project, which is being built at risk, is located just 16 kilometres from Puerta del Sol and less than three kilometres from the M-50 (one of Madrid’s main ring roads). The warehouse will overlook the A-4 motorway in Getafe, which is home to one of the main logistics hubs in the area.
