GLP, the manager and developer of logistics spaces, has completed the purchase of two new plots of land in Constantí (Tarragona) and Masquefa (Barcelona).
The two new assets represent the company’s third and fourth investments in the region and will add up to 52,345 square meters of finalist land to its portfolio. They will both be available from the second quarter of 2023.
