GLP, an investment and development manager of logistics assets, has announced its acquisition of a 24,500 square metre plot of land in Santa Perpètua de la Mogoda (Barcelona).
The company intends to build a logistics warehouse with a storage capacity of 13,900 square metres on the plot. The design of G-Park Santa Perpetua will be flexible to adapt to each client’s needs.
The building will be certified BREEAM Very Good, reflecting GLP’s commitment to developing sustainable spaces across its European portfolio. In addition, the logistics warehouse will feature energy-saving elements, bicycle parking and photovoltaic panels.
