Globalia Puts its Real Estate Portfolio Up For Sale

The businessman Juan José Hidalgo has put an office building in Pozuelo and the Be Live chain of hotels on the market for almost 500 million euros.

The businessman Juan José Hidalgo, owner of Globalia and Air Europa, is evaluating the sale of his real estate assets in order to recapitalize the businesses in his group.

Hidalgo’s real estate portfolio has an estimated value of between 400 and 500 million euros. It includes an office building in Pozuelo, occupied by Globalia, and 11 Be Live hotels.
