The Hidalgo family, owner of the Globalia tourism group, has commissioned the firm EY to sound out the sale of Be Live, the chain that manages 34 hotels around the world, mainly in Spain and the Caribbean, according to El Confidencial.

This operation follows the agreement with Iberia to transfer it Air Europa, pending approval from Brussels, and to integrate Viajes Halcón into Viajes Avoris, a ‘joint venture’ that will be led by Barceló.
