GIV Partners Acquires La Poveda Shopping Centre in Madrid

La Poveda shopping centre, located in the municipality of Arganda del Rey, spans 15,000 square metres. Its main tenant is Mercadona and it also houses several other shops and restaurants.

GIV Partners has acquired the La Poveda shopping centre, located in Arganda del Rey (Madrid). The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.

The buyer is a company based in New York with local offices in Madrid that specialises in the investment and management of real estate assets in Europe and North America. The firm has been present in Spain since 2002 where it has executed operations to date worth more than 300 million euros.
