The property developer Gestilar has launched a new promotion in Portonono, Sanxenxo. The new development, called Isla de San Martiño, will comprise 92 homes with one to four bedrooms. Each will have a terrace or garden, a parking space and a storage room.
The urbanization will have a common area spanning 6,000 square meters, which will be located in the center of the U-shaped building. The shared services will include: a salt chlorination pool with solarium, a multipurpose community room, garden areas, a children’s-recreational area and a padel court.
