Gestilar and DWS have signed an agreement to carry out the construction of a new residential rental development in Valdebebas, as reported in a statement.
Gestilar closed the operation to buy the land located in Valdebebas, Madrid, at the end of 2022 and has now reached an agreement with DWS to develop this turnkey project that will comprise 130 homes.
