A family office has acquired a more than 4,000-m2 office building in the centre of Madrid from Generali Real Estate. Catella and CBRE advised the seller on the transaction, according to Brainsre.news.
The building has 4,086 m2 of surface area on six floors, including a ground floor store and two below ground. It is located at 3, Calle del Marqués de Valdeiglesias, in the Justicia neighbourhood (Centro district).
The amount of the transaction is not currently known. However, the published prices of offices for sale in the Justicia district are, on average, 4,911 euros per m2, according to the real estate ‘big data’ platform Brains Real Estate. That figure would suggest a valuation of just over 20 million euros.
