The insurance company Generali, through the fund Generali Europe Income Holding, has completed the purchase of an office building in Barcelona’s 22@ district from the Belgian developer Codic for 35 million euros.
The asset, which is located in the Catalan capital’s technological district, spans 4,759 square meters. The property has a Leed Gold certificate and is well connected by public transport. It is currently leased to Payfit, a French company specializing in human resource management for small businesses.
