The energy company General Electric Gas Power has leased 2,827 square metres of office space in the Osiris building in Madrid, which is owned by Torre Rioja. The company plans to move around 200 workers into the new space, whose other tenants include the Swiss pharmaceutical firm Roche.
The Osiris building, which is located in the Madbit technology district, was inaugurated on 6 February. It is situated next to Madrid’s main property registry and near to the Bank of Spain, in the vicinity of Calle Julián Camarillo. Madbit is already home to a number of companies such as Indra, Telefónica and Rovi.
