The fund manager Hines has signed the rental of the commercial premises at number 10 Calle Arcs in Barcelona with the American fashion retailer GAP. The store will open under the management of Grupo Galceran, which will also launch a Levi’s store in the same location, according to reports from idealista/news.
This will be GAP’s first high street store in Spain; until now, the firm has only distributed its collections through the El Corte Inglés department store. Now, Grupo Galceran, which also controls the franchises of Nike, FC Barcelona and Levi’s, has signed an agreement to develop GAP in Spain under this format. The commercialisation of both premises was led by CBRE.
