The American fashion brand Gant has taken over a store on Calle Serrano in Madrid to open its flagship shop in the city.
Located at Serrano 32, the asset was home to the exclusive jewellery firm Rabat for years. The 452-square-metre shop is scheduled to open by the end of the year, Gant announced in a press release.
Founded on the East Coast of the United States in 1949, the company is currently present in Spain in several locations, including a shop in Madrid, as well as outlets in Las Rozas and Viladecans.
Mimeisa Asset Management and BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as advisors in the transaction.
