Galliard Homes has secured its first online reservation for a home after launching its virtual platform launch last week in response to the confinement caused by the coronavirus crisis. The British property developer has incorporated virtual visits, with 360-degree tours of its entire portfolio for sale, of 1,000 newly built properties worth £3.6 billion, according to The Negociator.
In this case, the reservation has been made for a home in a development comprising 420 apartments in Shoreditch, in central London, where prices start from GBP 685,000 – around €780,000.
