Frux Capital & Arcano Private Debt Refinance the La Fira Shopping Centre (Reus, Tarragona)

The space, which has a gross leasable area of 29,013 square metres, received a share of a global investment amounting to 6.2 million euros that Silicius spent on its three shopping centres.

The funds Frux Capital and Arcano Private Debt have completed the refinancing of the La Fira shopping centre in Reus (Tarragona), which is owned by the Socimi Silicius, itself owned by the Mazabi group. The amount of the operation, which has been advised by EY and Alantra, has not been disclosed.

The property, which used to belong to Merlin Properties until it was sold to Silicius, spans a gross leasable area of 29,013 square metres and a total constructed area of 68,000 square metres. The asset, which is located at number 6 Avenida Sant Jordi, next to Sant Jordi Park itself, has a strategic location in the north of the city of Reus. It is located just seven minutes by car from the city centre and twelve minutes from Reus airport.
