The investment manager and property developer FREO has sold a property located in the Citypark business park, near Barcelona, in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, to a private investor. It represents another example of the interest that the office sector is continuing to arouse amongst investors.
The half year-end always culminates with sale-and-purchase operations as companies vie to fulfil investment plans and portfolio rotations. Although this year, fewer transactions have taken place, as players wait to see the impact of the crisis, that has not prevented Socimis such as Árima from sealing deals. Last month, it purchased an office project on the last available plot of land in Manoteras for 40 million euros.
